HIS FORGIVING EYES

The whole earth shuddered when He died, and again when He arose from the Tomb -- the One who
conquered death and darkness will be coming back for us real soon!
The ground trumpeted from its deepest depths, lightning coursed across the sky; tremendous
thundering announced a victory ... the one He was winning for you and I!
When He closed His eyes on that brutal cross -- the day turned into night, but when he rose on
that third day ... the blinding brilliance forced all to flight.
During the hour of deepest darkness, Satan lost what he hoped to win. Jesus conquered the evil
armies, and ordered all hostages free from sin.
HE IS RISEN ...
Searching them with His forgiving eyes, he understood all those who battered Him, ridiculed Him
and pierced Him ...
HE OFFERED THEM A ROSE.
